But I won't be doing multiplayer till I get used to playing RTS again. And then I feel I'll lag myself to death, it seems my 4 year old computer is barely capable of running SC II. I wish I had a fancy good computer to see how awesome these graphics are when they aren't all set to "low".

Which, I suppose, is applicable for both. But, at the very least, I don't have to run around upgrading my console every year just to keep up with the hottest new games... unlike some PC gamer types.
Further more, my computer can do computer stuff while my console does console stuff and never shall the two meet... except for using WME and other peripherals.

Meh, its not like I'm actually going to go upgrade my computer JUST so I can play starcraft II on high graphics. I'll just wait till I have the money and need a new computer and then I'll go and fork over the money for a fancy one.

I haven't upgraded my computer in 2 years and it runs SC2 like a champ on high settings, and I did not use state of the art high tech parts when I built it, either. It's a beautiful thing...
I did have to replace my power supply just recently, but it was much older than 2 years....

Maybe I just spent a lot of time searching for components that had very good reputations... :-P
Anyways wow, Milkshake is tearing up the league scene looks like. I just got to where I can beat the computer on hard and he's off with a winning record.

I haven't upgraded my computer in 2 years either and same thing. I did pretty much use high end junk when I built it though.
Oh yeah diamond league doesn't stand a chance against me. Except I have been losing a bit lately, I was 81-68 at one point and then I started losing like craaazy.
By the way, oddly enough it tells me when you are on WoW, OS. So I always think I have friends online when I don't. |

Haven't touched Single Player campaign, Terrans, or Protoss. Just having fun playing as the Zerg in Coop vs AI online, trying to outscore the Protoss.

Shouldn't be too hard if the game goes long enough since Zerg is all about map control and macroing up with a million expansions. Speedlings are amaaazing. So are mutas.
I hear that Terran is OP at the moment and can easily beat Zerg with Thors though so that's sad.

I don't understand Zerg at all still, and not so good with Terran OP or not. Always did like Protoss...
The nice thing about realid is that it works across all blizzard games capable of using it. Give me a holler if you wanna play a match and I will be happy to get owned.

I picked it up earlier today. Three missions into the campaign, but my one excursion into melee went poorly. Me and a comp against two comps, and my partner immediately came under seige by an allied force of Terran and Zerg. He lost his CC well before I could reinforce him, so I turtled and teched up to DTs. I was unable to hold my expansion because holy fuck the Zerg build fast. I managed to DT my way through the terran comp at 3 different bases, eliminating him entirely, before the Zerg finally broke me for good.

I was well on my way to finishing off the Zerg as well, actually, until the "You are not rebuilding your base, your forces are being revealed" made my DT's visible and they got ruined immediately.

4vs4 custom game vs AI. I had a Siege tank pick off about 50 enemy units attacking an ally's expansion base from my main because the enemy was too stupid to go over to the other side of my base and go up the ramp, which was totally exposed thanks to an earlier enemy attack.
